Our tasting room will be opening (hopefully!) in early 2025.  The bar area will feature all of our original spirits, specialty produced spirits and liqueurs and incredible cocktails, as well as experimental spirits.  Our cocktail menu will be centered around interactive experiences and flavors.  Food options will be available via food trucks or delivered options.

We are also building a space for hosting events, parties, etc. and both the tasting room and event space will be available for takeover events.  Please contact us via the button below with any events you are interested in having us host for you.

Skeptic Cocktail Bar Experience

Expected to open in the first quarter of 2025, the Skeptic cocktail bar will offer a uniquely interactive, hands-on cocktail experience in the near west suburbs of Chicago, and at approachable prices.

Tastings and Tours

We are currently available for privately scheduled tours and tastings of our distillery.

EVENTS

Our tasting room and bar will be available to take over for corporate or private events, tastings and tours, as well as a side room off the bar for smaller gatherings if desired.  Please reach out for more information, details and upcoming availability

Live Music
